Are you meeting a new client, conducting a multi-national conference, or need the services of an interpreter during a legal proceeding?
We offer face-to-face interpreting services as well as telephone/conference call interpreting. The Translation & Interpreting Center can assist you with important meetings, legal proceedings, corporate events, medical appointments or educational meetings.
An interpreter’s role is to be the link between the speaker and the listener. Our interpreters honor their role as a language tool, and understand the ethical boundaries that have been established by both local and national interpreting organizations, which cover both legal and medical guidelines. You will consistently find that our interpreter team goes above and beyond the industry standards required to meet a Non-English speaking client’s needs. We insure that our customers are satisfied with our language services by conducting a quarterly customer satisfaction survey. We aren’t satisfied until you are.
If you would prefer to provide your clients with headsets and receivers to insure they are provided with the highest quality sound in a more noisy setting, we can offer the top of the line sound system to meet your needs. Just let us know the number of participants ahead of time, and we will make arrangements to work with your sound team to insure the best experience possible. No amount of headsets is too large, and no meeting space is too large for us to provide both quality sound and superior interpreting.
We offer interpreters in over 40 languages, including American Sign Language, trained in both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. Requesting interpreting appointments on short notice isn’t a problem, as we know your language needs may be immediate.
As our city, state and nation change, we continue to welcome new Non-English speaking communities from all over the world. These new community members will be your new clientele, and we are standing by to support you with our native speaking, culturally responsive interpreting team. |
